Book Turned Movie and Completely Desecrated
While I thought the first two adaptions were OK, this one was such a departure from the book that I decided not to continue with the movies (I did eventually watch Deathly Hallows Pt 1 & 2).
ETA: This was also my favorite of the series, which made the movie's suckiness doubly worse.
